  • Nightly backups done on our server so we always have up to date info on your system in case of the worst
  • Weekly to monthly updates received at no extra charge
  • First 60 days free, low monthly charge to follow.
  • No expensive per call or per minute fees
  • Support personnel available from 8am to 6pm, Mon-Fri and on call on the weekends

Package 2: Hardware & Networking Support

Details:

  • Technical support for problems dealing with computers, peripheral devices, accessories, Internet, etc…
  • Operating System reloads
  • Printer and Computer repairs (as long as they will not negate the device’s warranty)
  • technical support on windows issues
  • We will remotely monitor the status of your Network for early detection of any problems that may arise.
